I accept PayPal and direct checkout (credit cards) through Etsy.

Once purchased, I'll hold the item for you for up to three (3) days. If I don't receive payment within that time period, I will re-list the item (after trying to contact you, of course!)

If I somehow manage to lose contact with you and don't receive payment within a certain number of days (specified in the communication I will send you, but definitely ample time!), I will have to relist the items for sale.

If I re-list an item that is then purchased by someone else, but you are still interested in it, I can then try to recreate the item to the best of my abilities. This can be limited to a yarn's availability, but I will do my best!


If you are buying an item in stock, it will be shipped to you within 1-2 business days. I will notify you by email when an item is shipped. I ship USPS First Class which has some tracking capabilities. Please let me know ahead of time if you would like different shipping so I can accurately estimate your final cost.

For UK and other overseas purchases, yes, I DO ship to you! The appropriate USPS shipping rates are listed under each item. If your country isn't listed, just ask me and I'll find out :) Yes, shipping overseas is a bit more pricey, and I really wish it wasn't!

In the event of a lost package, not only will I be heartbroken, but there is not much I can do unless you request to purchase insurance other than file a missing parcel complaint.

Refunds & Exchanges 

Sadly enough, I am unable to accept returns for a number of reasons; however, my hats make great gifts!
